The GenMax gets to the core of your backup generator problems by going beyond the typical subpanel full of “essential” circuits that receive power and allows you to put as many circuits as you like into your subpanel. Go ahead and backup all the circuits in your home if you’d like. The load shedding capability maximizes generator output and keeps the generator from overloading during a power outage or blackout. The GenMax comes pre-programmed, just put it on your subpanel and working with your generator and automatic transfer switch it monitors your generators output, maintaining it at an acceptable level while powering your circuits without any user intervention. The GenMax turns your circuits ON and OFF to prevent the generator from tripping, while keeping it at maximum allowable output. The GenMax does this based on a priority order that is pre-programmed into the system. Add on the GenMax User Access Terminal and have the flexibility to force circuits ON and OFF whenever you want.
